I am a native of small-town Iowa and enjoyed a very close-knit and caring community growing up. However, in 1998 my sense of adventure called me to relocate and explore all that Colorado has to offer. I soon met my wife, Ali, a native of Colorado Springs, and in 2004 we moved to Northern Colorado with our young family. My nonprofit career provided me with an opportunity to serve the University of Northern Colorado and Larimer Humane Society, where I worked alongside some of the most dedicated staff and volunteers in the country to deliver the quality-of-life services that we enjoy in NOCO every day. Our family has blossomed in Greeley and Fort Collins over the years and I feel the same sense of community pride and connectedness that I experienced in my youth. It’s because of the people here that we call Northern Colorado “home.” I love to invest in the community and currently enjoy chasing our three boys to their school, sports, and music events. We also enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, skiing, and playing ball whenever we can.

Ben understands that a home is much more than bricks and mortar; a home is about your place in the community, access to the amenities you deserve, and your quality of life.  In today’s real estate environment, you’ll benefit from a trusted, experienced “coach” to help you on your journey.

Regardless of the transitional stage you may be in, Ben would be happy to have a simple conversation that will support you as you explore your next move or investment opportunity.

Ben was invaluable in helping us through the entire process. He definitely went the extra mile for us and never pressured us one way or the other. He is very knowledgeable about the area and any possible pitfalls in the process. I cannot recommend Ben Barnhart enough. He is totally customer service dedicated. He is the bomb!!! Jay Spracklen

Finding a home during a pandemic was different, Ben made it easier It was a pleasure to work with Ben he is professional and patient. If he didn’t know an answer to a question, he’d find out and get back to me promptly. Found a home in location and style I wanted.  — Norma C.

Ben was exactly the realtor we needed since we were moving to Fort Collins and needed a lot of help to understand the town and neighborhoods but more importantly, he was personable and took the time to get to know us and our needs for a new home. Despite challenges of the global pandemic, which became a major obstacle at two weeks into our search, Ben worked very hard, was flexible and was always prepared to ensure our home search continued. Throughout the entire process, Ben was always communicating with us, had great follow-up and a great attitude. We were confident that he had our best interests in mind. and he ultimately helped us find a home in the neighborhood that was just right for us.   — Orion & Barbara W.
